So the apologetic strongman of North Korea is opening up Pyongyang, and even considering foreign investments. It will be a rough ride, and many more apologies will have to come out of the North Korean leader. Soon, he may have to kneel with open arms to woo investors. Take it from the once-proud Beijing. It's payback time.
